Had a nice long chat with Mike yesterday morning. Very interesting stuff. He seemed to have come through the City Council experience unscathed and positive. Anyway, the ball is rolling and hopefully the Veterans and Homeless Community Center will be on its way to a reality. And I'm feeling better that my contribution is just right and my budget-induced new way of life is understood and I'm much, much, happier.
The new tanks tops finally made it here. I have to get some meds this morning so I spent the hottest part of the day doing a laundry and basically wasted myself. Just got up and completely missed dinner. It is 12:33 am.
After my talk with Mike, I decided to do absolutely nothing. And had a blast writing up my notes about the Laura Thyme Collection for moi. Looked for patterns and yarns, did the calculations and created a shopping list. I think I'll look at the jewelry at Rite-Aid later. Only jewelry store here. And surgical posts, which I have to have.
Well, this is going to be one long day if it starts at 12:38. lol Off to perk some decaf.
